I applied online for a job posting Incendia had for one of their clients. A recruiter reached out to me fairly quickly to set up a phone call. The phone call was brief - we talked primarily about the client and where they were located. We agreed that this would be a good opportunity for me to pursue. After that initial phone call, there was no further communication. I understand that recruiters are busy, but some kind of follow up, even if it's a brief email that says the client's not interested, would have been good to close the loop.
