Interview started well with Intro The Interviewer was polite and good fellow. Basic questions about the experience and projects worked upon. Started from Manual to Coding to Automation 30 min Round Easy questions were asked.

1) First I got call from Incedo for an interview, where we discussed about salaries. On actual day, there were only 4 ppl conducting interview , so It took about 9 hours to conduct 3 rounds. 2) then I got an email saying that I succeeded in interviews and asked for documents to process further Exact words were : "You have been shortlisted in all the technical rounds,need your following documents for an HR discussion :-" after that no response for 4 5 days 3) when dropped a followup email, then they say that salary is too high, so HR will call 4) got call from HR , after negotiation HR promised me that he will update in a day or two. and then he didn't contact. 5) I emailed to followup further , HR and recruiter didnt respond disconnected calls when called asking for an update. I gave up on these process after that.
