Very disappointing experience. Recruitment agency had scheduled interviews with Incedo. Recruiter had clearly communicated to me that there will be 2 rounds of technical interviews. Incedo had taken 1 written test and 1 technical interview. Then HR said me that there will be 1 more round of interview with account head over VC. After 2 days, recruiter agency called me to schedule 2 more F2F interviews. For me visiting to Incedo office takes whole day.

There were two technical rounds from Offshore and one technical client round. Post that within a week, final HR round. I really appreciate the seamless onboarding experience that included joining kit, accesses, IT-assets, seat allocation, meet and greet with rest of the team and last but not the least parking sticker too :-)
