**CANDIDATE BEWARE WORKING WITH INCEDO** I received a phone call from one of the Incedo reps, and he asked if I could conduct an interview within 20 minutes for an urgent position with one of their clients. What I discovered is that Incedo is another ordinary Indian headhunter company. In the first interview, I was asked to create a presentation of my work to prove my credentials for the second round. During the second interview, I discovered the interviewer was operating off of an older version of my resume. Also, the interviewer did not receive my presentation that I forwarded to Incedo. I received zero feedback as was initially agreed to, and it required me to make numerous calls to Incedo with no response, whereas finally, I received an email that I did not receive the position after a couple of weeks - zero feedback, and zero gains for the effort. I am incredibly frustrated with Incedo because the economic effort of jumping through the hoops with a promise of either an offer or feedback would be provided based on my conversations with the recruiter. It's a lengthy process, and quite honestly not worth putting in the effort due to lack of communication, and hard to understand language barriers. Plus these kinds of companies want to low-ball you by upwards of 40% of the contract value. You are better going to direct to their source, and negotiating yourself. 40% is a lot of money, but they will go with the lower alternative and push that candidate if the economics are in favor of Incedo while promoting the talent that is not in the best interest of the client strategy and overall objectives. Not getting the position happens, but the lack of professionalism demonstrated by Incedo was not worth the time and effort.
