Entretien
There were three rounds in the interview process.
1. Telephonic,
2. Group / Panel.
3. 1:1
Then there will be HR round for salary negotiations.
In Telephonic, there will be some basic skill set questions
In the Panel, it will be quite difficult technical questions
In the thrid round, it will be completely about soft skills and previous project skills.

It was 3 rounds of total 1. Online test, 2 Group Discussion, 3. Interview round, they asked me mostly based on my previous experience, It was very tiring all 3 rounds in a same day

The HR will hire you based on cgpa and marks and not on skills. Worst company ever. They know people won't stay that's why they have a 2 year bond. Having a bond is another words the company is so worst they are afraid that employees might leave So ,they want to have a hold onto them. Highly recommend not to go. HR doesn't know to recruit people on their skills
