I had a very poor experience with the interview process here, which showed a severe lack of communication and respect for candidates' time and effort leaving me on the hook with very poor communication for two months. After my initial interview in late November, I went through three more interviews in December, I was told a couple of times that I had essentially secured the role, only to be met with complete radio silence. I was informed I would hear back within a specific timeframe after my fourth interview to confirm the role, but it has now been nearly three weeks since that deadline, and I still haven’t received any confirmation—positive or negative despite efforts to chase. Only positive was the people I interviewed with seemed like good people.
