Had a phone screen, the recruiter asked basic questions related to the hosting industry, then scheduled me for a video interview. During the video interview, two supervisors of the department asked more detailed questions about the hosting industry and Linux questions. In both cases, the interviewers were polite, courteous, and understanding.

The recruiter from InMotion Hosting's Virginia Beach location was very professional and knowledgeable. She was always very prompt in letting me know my current status and progression through the entire interview process. The recruiter was also very knowledgeable about the company and information technology which made the interview very intriguing. I also interviewed with the one of the support managers/supervisors in the Denver location. It was clear that the interviewer was a no-nonsense type person. She had over 3 decades of relevant experience and was clearly focused on evaluating me to see if I had the technical skills to help their customers. The interview is difficult because they want to see your true and full potential as an employee which is refreshing. It feels good to apply for a position where you will be challenged. I even learned new things during the interview. I have over a decade of IT experience and the interview process was definitely not stale. I could clearly see myself growing to fill this position. Excellent recruiting and interviewing experience!
