      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez InMotion Hosting (Virginia Beach, VA) en mai 2021

      Entretien

      Initially contacted by recruiter for phone interview. That went well and was scheduled for a group interview shortly afterwards. Assigned a project that required me to create an email and social campaign mock-up. Interviewed with digital marketing team and was uncomfortable from the start. It was very obvious they were not interested in my relevant background and it was a struggle to maintain some kind of fluid conversation. They were extremely robotic, unimpressed and blatantly bored. Did not provide feedback or even acknowledge the assignment I had completed prior to interview. I was able to push through the grueling interview but afterwards I knew it just wouldn’t be a good fit for me regardless. Sent a thank you email anyway to be polite, never received any kind of response from marketing team or recruiter. After complete silence, I saw the position was completely reposted about a week later. Just overall an awful interview experience. Just a tip, even if you don’t think the candidate is a good fit, try to maintain some kind of energy and engagement when talking to them. Your time is valuable but so it the interviewee.
