1.) Submitted resume and waited to hear back.
2.) Received a per-screening phone call from HR.
3.) Called in for a group interview with support supervisor, hr, and the office manager.
Minor technical questions were asked. Things such as "what is needed to establish successful FTP connection."
4.) 1:1 interview with company founder/president.
A very cool dude, that talked with me for about 1 hour. Basic questions about why I liked the industry, my experience, and goals. The rest was just small talk. He is a real person!

I applied and received a call/e-mail the next day to set-up a phone screen. After the phone screen I scheduled an interview which consisted of a multiple choice test based on the study guide along with a typing test.
After passing those tests, I spoke with 2 people from the department. A good bit of the questions came from the study guide. Some were personal questions about my experience with customers and multitasking. A few questions were using what I learned from the study guide to apply it IRL. A few questions about Linux terminal commands which I was a bit fuzzy on, but didn't do too terribly.
It's rather easy to prepare yourself. Some of these reviews made it sound like the worst thing ever, so I had to leave one describing an overall positive experience.

Question 1
Name 3 linux commands and what you would use them for. (Don't use obvious ones like ls, pwd, cd. More so like nano, grep, dig)

I was walked into a room with two supervisors. The first half of the interview was them pretty much talking about how horrible the company is. How its extremely hard to work there because you must be doing 3 to 4 things at the same time as well as rushing to get quotas. They asked me various easy web hosting questions. I had told them I ran gnu/Linux gentoo at home. They tried to get me to share some complex gentoo compile commands which I usually don't remember off the top of my head. May I also remind you the ad for the job postion stated you only need to know minor gnu/linux commands to apply. They scoffed at me for not remembering complex compile commands and acted like I was lying.
This is one of the worst interviews I have ever experienced in my life. They are looking for overeducated experienced people to take advantage of. I would avoid this company like the plague.
