Asked me about my previous experience working with an admissions advising company in Beijing. Ultimately they wanted someone who could work in one of their satellite offices and I made it pretty clear I wasn't willing to relocate.

My first interview was a phone screening. I was then asked to produce some sample work (comments on an essay, written responses to possible scenarios with students, and an introductory video). This seemed like a pretty big ask at this point in the process as it took me just under two hours to complete everything. I then moved on to a video interview which was pleasant.
