I applied to this certain location about 3 times within a span of 6 months. After the first application I went and talked to the manager in person asking if they were hiring and she said that it depends but she kindly took my resume but never called me for an interview as she said they have to look at the applications. For the second application I submitted I did not get a call back. For the last and final time I submitted an application I went to In-N-Out again and talked to the manager (which was a different manager) and he was really friendly and he scheduled an interview three days laters. The interview itself consisted of simple questions that asked more about my hobbies and interests and future goals.
