The whole process was annoying. It was my first-ever interview so I really prepared for it and arrived 40 minutes early. On the interview day, they were super busy but I think in n out is always like that. So I went up to the cashier, told him I had an interview, he told me to take a seat. THEN I WAITED FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF. I didn't want to bother them but I finally reminded them again of my interview. There was one point where one of the employees and one customer were yelling "hire the lady". Then I finally got interviewed and the guy who interviewed me said their manager didn't leave a note that they should expect me. Overall an easy interview but I would have liked it if they didn't waste my time.

The manager introduced herself to me and then started asking questions about me. My experience, and why I wanted to work there. She wanted me to talk about what I did in my free time and what my hobbies were.

The interview process was very detailed. But overall easy and stress free. Felt like a typical conversation but was still very professional. Great interview experience here and would recommend working and applying here.
First, it was a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. The in-person interview was held at a table outside of the store. The manager asked basic questions about team dynamic and roles.
