After submitting an application through the website, I scheduled date and time for an interview at a location. I chose opening time, so the only other people were other interviewees and employees. The manager called two of us out at a time and asked us the same questions, allowing whoever to speak first if they chose. The guy interviewing with me had been referred by friends working at that location and the manager asked if they'd affect his work performance. Very easy interview; the manager was good at calming nerves and told us to reach out if we didn't get a response by the end of the week. They did not reach out to me afterwards but I chose not to continue because I got sick.

It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.

it was cool honestly... i enjoyed the whole process of it. they usually just ask simple questions and let you share genuinely. i was dissapointed with the follow up process

Entretien
In N Out Burger was my first job and my first interview ever. The first interview you met with a manager and were interviewed in a group setting with 4-5 applicants sitting next to you. If chosen, you move on to a final interview with the head of the store or one of the other higher ups.
