Very simple process, showed up to store, shift lead walked out and asked very simple questions about my experience and what I was looking for from the company before referring me to the manager who repeated pretty much the same questions.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
