The interview process was pretty easy, they wanna make sure you smile and that you can treat customers well. They also look for if you are well groomed and ultimately, if you are someone who can articulate yourself well.

It was a one-on-one interview where they asked questions related mostly to customer service and personality/interests. Make sure to have a smile, as it's something important to the company. It impresses them if you know about some of the history of the company and emphasize the importance of customer service.

it was cool honestly... i enjoyed the whole process of it. they usually just ask simple questions and let you share genuinely. i was dissapointed with the follow up process
