J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez In-N-Out Burger (San Jose, CA) en juin 2015
Entretien
Both of my interviews at in-n-out were relaxed. My first interview was more of a typical interview. With questions like, "Why do you want to work at in-n-out?" The second interview didn't even feel like an interview. The questions were just to to find out more about me. I received questions like, "Can you lift unto 50 pounds?" and "What makes you a good fit?" Between my two interviews I met 2 of the four managers. Both of them were extremely friendly. It is a huge plus if you know someone that works at in-n-out or has worked at in-n-out. Another thing I learned is to answer the question but then build on it. You help show your personality and it usually answer more of their questions, so they end up asking less questions.

I was called in for two interviews. The interview clothes I wore were business casual. They were super friendly and nice. Asked where I saw myself in 5 years. What my goals were. What three words described me and what I could bring to the team.

I applied online, and soon got an email back with a date and time for an interview. I was 16 at the time and was a tad bit intimidated. There was about 40 other people there at the time, and there were 3 rounds of questions that everyone had to answer. One question that I remember answering had to do with sharing an example of personal integrity. Around 10 people were eliminated each round, and I got a call back the next afternoon saying I got the job! Super easy process if you are organized and on top of things :)
