J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez In-N-Out Burger
Entretien
A new store opened in my town. Thousands of people were interviewed during a one week period. The interviews were held in the banquet hall of a nearby hotel. The hall was divided into three different sections. I had three interviews on the spot. The first, you walk in and sit at a table. The second, you enter a new room, where you are interviewed by another manager. The third, you are interviewed by a panel of three people, store manager, supervisor etc.

Entretien
Very calm and easy, questions regarding customer service experience and transportation. They also asked about availability, went over overall pay and what work would look like on an average day.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.

The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
