Well I did a Facetime interview it was super quick and then got invited for a second in person interview after that...the facetime interview had the simple questions about mainly you and customer service...so i’m guessing the in person interview will be more on personality in person and just to see if it’s really a fit for the job

The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.

The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
