Entretien
In n Out was opening a new franchise in town and there was a flyer distribution for job openings at the new location.
There was hundreds of candidates lined up for the open interviews, which was a two day selection.
The wait was about an hour for an interview which was a group of 4 interview. The interviewer seemed to not want to be there and therefore asked two questions each before calling over the next group.

Entretien
Very calm and easy, questions regarding customer service experience and transportation. They also asked about availability, went over overall pay and what work would look like on an average day.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Entretien
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
