J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez In-N-Out Burger (Redondo Beach, CA) en avr. 2015
Entretien
Applied online, I got a call for the interview the next day. Dress nice, professional, I get it's a burger place, okay, but you want to look nice! First impression, bring a resume! It's your first job? Then don't sweat it. Honestly have fun with in the Interview! SMILE!!! Show you're happy. When have you ever gone to INO (In-N-Out)and they're mad? NEVER. Be up beat, even if you have to fake it!
Girls: natural color hair, no fake nails!!! Or nail polish
Men: freshly shaven face, presentable hair cut.
Don't be afraid to let them know you're nervous, it eases the tension!
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.

The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
