J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez In-N-Out Burger (San Francisco, CA) en avr. 2013
Entretien
I applied online, went in to check on my application, they called a few days later, and I had two interviews (one with the 3rd manager and one with the store manger)
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
It was like a conversation. They asked about my life, what I liked to do, where I wanted to be in x years, etc.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.

Entretien
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
