to become a provider there is no interview process. no interview at all to become a provider. you go to the orientation, fill out paper work, pass finger print, and that's it

No interview just went in for an orientation. It was easy and simple to get into and start working immediately It was like a 3 hour orientation and then had to do a background check the following day and yes you pay out of your pocket for it.
