I had 3 interviews that went really well. They told me I would be a great fit and I would hear from them on Monday (that last interview was on a Friday). Monday comes and nothing. I wait until Wednesday before I try reaching out. I reached out multiple times through phone and email only to never hear back. Ghosting after building up someone's hopes is wrong. Ghosting after telling someone the company will reach out the next week is unprofessional.
