1 video interview with my recruiter, talked about Improbable's mission. 1 remote coding interview with an engineer. 1 video interview with a senior Improbable Enterprise engineer. Talked about past coding projects, motivations to join Improbable, what motivates me, etc. Finally an onsite that consisted of 4 interviews: 1 system design, 1 algorithmic coding, 1 behavioural interview and another technical interview.
My recruiter was amazing and helpful. Even offered to have a video call after the on-site to go through feedback, which I really appreciate. Everyone I encountered at the on-site was friendly too. The on-site is tough, with two interviews back-to-back either side of lunch.
I first applied in (I think) October, took over a month to hear back. Had three remote interviews pretty swiftly in late November to early December, then the onsite was scheduled for after the Christmas holidays.
