Started with an initial recruiter screen, this was positive, and was advanced to meet with hiring manager, also positive. Was asked to deliver a presentation, in person, at their office to the hiring manager and an individual that would be reporting to me. I also met with their senior director. All interviews up to his point were extremely positive. I was then advanced to the final round with COO. He was late for the interview, and came off very arrogant. At the conclusion, he thanked for my time, let me know he needs to meet other candidates and literally pointed to the door. No walk out, or anything. Over the weeks to come when I would inquire about next steps, I would be told there were delays due to the holidays, or that additional candidates need to go through the process. During this period, the job was also re-posted, however I was told that I was still in the running. Ultimately after being made to wait for two months, I was finally informed that I did not receive the role.
