I had several interviews before I was hired. Although the interview process was lengthy, the Recruiter seemed very professional and pleasant. The final interview was with upper management as well as the Recruiter and the questions were very direct and I was encouraged to give honest answers. Management was up front about several things for the position and I felt comfortable asking questions for I felt they were answering them honestly.
