You will probably do two interviews. The initial interview is remote with at least one supervisor and other RBT's, as well as the office manager. They tell you about the work environment and the pay/benefits and open it up to any questions. If it goes well, you'll be scheduled for a second interview with other supervisors/RBT's so you can meet more of the staff and get a feel for the work environment. If an offer is forthcoming, it will come after the second interview.
