I recently completed a three-stage interview process for a finance role, involving HR, the Finance Director, and the Finance team. Despite progressing through all stages, I received only a generic rejection email with no constructive feedback. I followed up with HR and was told they’d call me to provide proper feedback — unfortunately, that call never came.
I understand that not every process results in an offer, but candidates deserve respect for the time and energy they invest. Honest feedback is invaluable for growth and future performance. This experience left me disappointed and reflects poorly on the company’s candidate experience.
