Started with a recruiter screening, which took 3 attempts to actually do. First time I was told 9 hours after it was supposed to happen that they needed to reschedule, second time the recruiter showed up 10 minutes in and rescheduled and third time he showed up 15 minutes into the interview time. He was pleasant enough during the actual interview to be fair. Next round with the CPO was OK - he turned up and left on time so that was nice, he is very bullish on AI and felt very slick, which isn't my jam but may work for some. Seemed to talk about empowering PMs which is nice I guess but no idea how close to the truth it was. Was pretty rapid fire and half the time for me to ask questions. I was totally ghosted afterwards.
