I applied via LinkedIn and I then within a week received an email inviting me for a screening call to discuss the role in more detail. Last Monday 1st March I had my call with the person overseeing the recruitment process. I felt it went well and was told I should hear back within a week if I were successful to the next stage. Its over a week now and I haven't heard anything, to make matters worse I have just seen on Linkedin the job has been reposted. I guess asking if there was any flexibility when it comes to the salary is the reason why I never heard back from them.

Interview process was really straightforward, after an initial call there was an online interview followed by an in person one. The questions asked weren't trying to catch you off guard but rather understand the way you work and everyone was really friendly and warm.
