Unprofessional. I was very much interested in the role and applied on LinkedIn. A manager messaged me and ask for 2 introduction videos (yayy). After I send the videos, he just messaged me that he would contact me if my candidacy is considered. I followed up with him later with no reply. Few weeks later, I saw the job became available again and reapply. This time, he asked for an interview, but using the same template, "Hi, thank you for your application..." (I doubt he even remembered that I had applied before). The interview went okay, but in the end he just said "We are still talking with candidates and will get back to you if you are selected". I followed up back with no response. My advice: please, if you don't select a candidate, let them know. Don't leave people hanging. It is disrespectful

It was a pretty bad experience. The interview was conducted online. The interviewer was condescending. During the process, the person kept reading on the screen instead of having a real conversation with me. Also, they promised to give an answer after a week no matter what, but they never did. Pretty unrespectful.
