The first HR screening call came in 1 week after my application was submitted. 2nd interview was 2 weeks later, separated into 2 calls the hiring manager and a C-Suite member the same week. 3rd interview was with a the CTO, COO, CDO (guy wore a lot of hats) the following week. There were HR calls inbetweek but the entire process toot a little over a week.
The questions were relatively standard to the position. However, as the conversations continued, there were quite a few inconsistencies communicated about the company and the position.
