Titles are some what skewed and you may be offered a lower title than what you are. They may start on one role and may offer another in the last minute. Interview is fully technical and people are knowledgeable but they are celebrating early is what I feel. It's 10+ years old company and still raising funds, not yet IPO'ed so that's fishy part. Left Illumio in two years (tooo long to face politics).
