J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Illumina (San Diego, CA) en mars 2015
Entretien
One phone interview, one in-person interview with multiple people. Out of five interviewers, only two seemed to be prepared with questions. The other three were unprepared and obviously had a lot on their mind that particular day. They seemed to want to just get a 'feel' of whether I would fit into their team or not.
My suggestion is to go into the interview and drive the interview instead of waiting for questions to come at you.

Entretien
I was contacted by the recruiter, had a 30 min phone conversation, and was set up for an all day interview on site. I ended up interviewing 5-7 people (can't remember exactly), all back to back with no break in between. I enjoyed speaking with everyone and people seemed to all have different questions for me, so it was not repetitive. Everyone also seemed to come from different places - some mores strategic, some more interpersonal, some more operational, some more tactical. It was a good series of conversations.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Mostly asked about previous experiences and asked for cases of how I managed marketing campaigns. Some are more interpersonal and what-if kind of questions.
