Video interview with the manager. Mainly went over education background and previous experiences. The manager was very understanding and professional and started going into the job duties and what to expect from the role.

The interview process was fairly straightforward with the typical phone interviews with separate calls with HR and the hiring manager. However, the on-site interview was quite daunting. For this position, it started at 10am and ended at 4pm as I met with about 10 different people. Most of the questions revolved around my approach to collaboration and overall fit with their culture. They told me exactly when I would be hearing back and the offer process was smooth. Overall, they definitely invest a lot of time and effort into ensuring a good fit with the direct team and the organization.
