There is a phone interview followed by an in-person interview. The in-person interview consists of multiple interviews with various groups of people across campus and within the department I applied to. I was required to present on my work with a client, highlighting differences in identity, my theoretical orientation, treatment plan and outcomes. They took two months to get back to me.
