I'm not even sure how Illinicare is up and running at this point. Their vetting and interviewing process was very dysfunctional. My interview was held during a career fair in a nice location, but the interviewer seemed unequipped to ask questions and evaluate potential. She spent most of her time struggling to write down my interview answers and she could barely hold a conversation with me. Nevertheless, she recommended that I be hired for the job, only for me to never hear back from the company again. Good riddance because I can't even imagine how disorganized the job orientation process would have been. It seems like the company is more interested in seeming like they have things under control rather than actually having things under control. So, save yourself precious time and apply to another company.

Fast and easy. It was an hour and 2 people interviewed me. They asked the basis questions. Great experience at the time. This is a great company. I am happy I went.
