      J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ilantus Technologies (Mumbai) en févr. 2022

      Entretien

      I cleared HR round, product lead round for product owner profile. The ne, t round was with chairman. Based on chairmans Analysis he found me as a best fir for support lead role and changed the whole purpose of interview. Then for lead role a lead took an interview where he was asking to join as L1 Support (I already have 6 years exp and was working as L3). It was then considered as their internal communication miss and with all clarity, interview process was cleared. Post which I was offerred the package what I already had in my current organization. They told me they will check and get back. When followed up they started asking if I was getting interviewed or got selected somewhere else. They tried to put the blame that I am not giving them time to check. Interview process started in Month of Feb 2022. Today we are in Month of May 2022. No update from them. From sources it is heard that they also don't pay salary (50% salary is paid to employees and they stop responding once their work is done) Worst exp of life Don't waste your time intervieing here

      Dear interviewee, Thank you for the feedback, the issue with the entire process was that we tried to fit a referral profile, we give utmost importance to referrals and value the current employee so much that we finished first few rounds really fast. Unfortunately, in a dynamic product based company the referral profile cannot be force fitted with 40% to 50% match, hence the support vertical came into picture. Apologies that you had to go through the waiting time, but not all interviews are held the same way. We went out of our way trying to accommodate a referral profile and involved the Chairman as well. Sorry that it did not work and I am sure, you will find the best match elsewhere. Negative reviews help us grow and the learning in this case is that we should reject on day 1 rather than trying and going out of the way.
