Passed a set of online interviews on their hiring platform: Crossover. Then I had a half-an-hour virtual interview. The pay is low, there are no benefits, they want you to use your own computer, and they want you to install a software on your personal PC to track your activities while working. At the end of the interview, I was asked if I was going to accept their offer if they made me one, which is clearly unprofessional. Overall, they seemed unprofessional and the work environment appears to be unhealthy and toxic. I don't think any professional would consider working for them. My recommendation is to avoid them if you can.
