The actual interviews were good, everyone was nice laid back, I was looking forward to the opportunity. I did have to do 6 interviews. After 4 weeks and 6 interviews I was offered a position. I was told I would get the offer in my email that night, the NEXT dat at 9:50 PM I get a email saying there was a budget issue and she would call me in the morning. The next day I was offered 10K less which I accepted because I was still excited about the company. Three days pass and I get a email that says they are sorry but they are not willing to create payroll for one employee in a state and charge customers tax, which I don't understand since I don't sell products, they are unable to offer me the position any longer.
