I got the interview via competition in vietnam. The staffs are very nice, the process took me 1 month. It's much better if you can fluently speak Japanese at least N2 better N1 because Japanese people only communicate in Japan. We also had to prepare as a team a presentation for the BoD of the company about the suitable strategy for the development of Idemitsu. before that we are provided with the company's next year profit plan and all the needed information.
