We had a few hiccups in our process and I think Ideal Image may utilize a third party for their interviews, so we had some time zone challenges, but all-in-all I felt they were professional and very pleasant. Bear in mind this is a very large, busy organization with 150 locations at the moment. I had two total interviews, one screening call and one zoom meeting. The screening call was more formal than I am accustomed to, and they asked questions about the company, products and services, however, the second interview was slightly less question intensive than I had expected based upon the first. Do look at the site and become familiar with products and services, decide which ones you will hightlite in the interview, and know about whty the company will be a good catalyst for your career.
