Shadowed treatment provider at center to get a feel of the workplace and sat down to meet/speak with employees. The most important part is that you are qualified for the position- work well as a team- and INTERESTED IN BEING IN THE AESTHETIC INDUSTRY. I cannot stress this enough- do not even think about it if you are just looking for a nursing job and not interested in being in medical aesthetics. If your resume doesn't say anything about the industry then you might as well not apply. It's so important that you show an eagerness/ desire to learn about procedures to make people feel their best and that you are passionate and proud to call yourself someone that helps people to look and feel their very best!! Because the job training is so extensive, most of the interview process is designed to ensure that you are a good fit for the team (personality wise) and to prepare you for what it's like to work in this industry to make sure you are in it for the long haul.
