initial phone interview , followed by a generic test, asked questions about my sales and insurance background whether I would be comfortable doing phone sales, since i was used to face to face appointments in meetings in the past

Detailed and thorough, good questions and engaging conversation. asked questions regarding objections and some product knowledge as well. Went over the computer qualifications for speed and memory. Also some basic math was involved in the aptitude test,
