They approached on phone after finding my resume some where, HR sounds genuine and felt welcoming. I decided to attend despite seeing the bad reviews on glass doors. The guy who took technical was late, rude and arrogant. He didn't even introduced himself or opened his webcam while the interview. He asked some basic rails questions and was really arrogant. I don't even felt to talk with him due to his attitude. Felt bad for the employees work there, either it is sinking ship or work stress is super high. Read other reviews before joining.

There are two telephonic rounds. Second round is mostly conducted by the project manager. Questions regarding the project and basic questions on technology will be asked regarding the responsive websites, jquery, javascript, ROR etc.
