The 1st interview was by technical interview by peer; the interview was done by the Operations Manager and the Finance Manager to see if I have the HR technical skills and also if I am able to work closely with both the Operations & Finance Manager closely. The 2nd interview is general interview on behaviour and culture fitness; it was with the Country Manager and Chairman who were both expats. They were probing on the details of my HR knowledge and also what would I do differently if Im hired.
