I got this call from a consultancy name Headstrong. It was one day process started with aptitude test followed with one technical and 3rd round was general in which they were asking about process, work flow, puzzle and scenario based questions in which they will check your approach , patience level and how to handle customer. They will ask you to explain complete work flow of your project and process.
