There were 2 interviews. The first was a 30 minute phone screening consisting of standard interview questions and others assessing clinical skills. The second was in person and was a half-day. Met first with search committee, then entire department followed be a prepared case presentation. Several staff then took you to lunch and the day ended with a one-on-one with the director.
