J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez IUCN (Genève)
Entretien
It was an online video three person panel interview, which also included a written test. It was a very positive and welcoming experience. I would apply again if another relevant opportunity becomes available.

Question 1
Why did you decide to apply for this position? What do you know about IUCN?
Took one month from application to first interview. Interviewers seemed kind and questions were more situational than behavioural, but ultimately I had a negative experience. After multiple interviews I was not extended an offer. Fair enough, but I never received any communication on this despite following up. I only found out I was rejected after logging into my application account to see if I could find an answer, and saw that my application had been marked unsuccessful shortly after the final interview. Felt like a lack of respect for the time and effort I put in. If you interview a candidate multiple times, I think an email letting them know that you are not extending an offer is the bare minimum.

I applied for a job with IUCN in Gland in January, they contacted me in April to do a written assignment, after I passed that I was invited to an interview the following week with a panel of hiring experts. I got offered the job in May. The total recruitment process took about 5 months.
