Phone screens and 5 in person. Formality mostly. Short unscripted they winged it. Seemed to want to appear progressive but we're not ahead in the industry. Manager were ALWAYS backed up by peers never subordinates. Sheet cake for EVERY work anniversary.

Phone interview with hiring manager, went really well but did not hear back. Mostly just wanted to understand previous experience and how that relates to the role. Some behavioral questions.
Interview was typical screen and in person with all members of the team you would be working with. Overall, normal interview process with many behavioral types questions. Timely responses from employer and fair offer.

Interview process included meeting with multiple people. Interview took approximately a day. Questions were mostly behavior type questions and technical knowledge. Met with directors and peers. Overall it was a challenging interview.
